While we never had the opportunity to photograph Karina in America, we did get to film her numerous times in Prague, London, Hungary and St. Maarten.

"If I want to attract attention, I will wear a low-cut blouse or something tight, although most tops are tight on me because of my breasts. Then some jeans and sneakers. I am very casual."

Physically, Karina’s breasts and booty-cakes always attract the most attention but her shapely, sexy legs are not to be underappreciated.

A TSG editor once wrote, "Karina instinctively knows that looking poker-faced at the camera, the television ‘Top Model’ school of haughty body language, is not her and not what her fans like. Karina beams when she poses. She radiates joy and happiness and the camera captures that."
